Terms and Conditions for The FUT Depot
Last updated: June 5, 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The FUT Depot’s website, services, and any related content (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Platform or purchasing any services from The FUT Depot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • “The FUT Depot,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to The FUT Depot, its affiliates, and its employees.
     
  • “You” or “Customer” refers to any person or entity who (a) accesses, browses, or uses our Platform, or (b) purchases or schedules any service provided by The FUT Depot.
     
  • “Services” means any gameplay consulting, trading session, SBC (Squad Building Challenge) assistance, coaching, or related service offered by The FUT Depot. At all times, “Services” shall explicitly exclude the sale, purchase, or direct transfer of any virtual currency (e.g., FC 25 coins).
     
  • “EA TOS” means the Terms of Service published by Electronic Arts for EA FC 25.
     
  • “Order” means your purchase of a Service from The FUT Depot, as confirmed by an order confirmation email or receipt.
     

2. Eligibility

  1. Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Services. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the Platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
     
  2. EA Account. You must maintain a valid EA account in good standing. By purchasing Services, you confirm that you are the legitimate owner (or have express permission from the owner) of the EA FC 25 account on which The FUT Depot will perform Services.
     
  3. Geographic Limitations. Certain Services may not be available in all regions. You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations that may apply.
     

3. Description of Services

  1. Gameplay Consulting & Trading Sessions. We perform market‐analysis and trading actions (e.g., sniping, flipping, undervalued card acquisition) within your own EA FC 25 account. Our experts execute trades, monitor the FUT Transfer Market, and provide live or recorded feedback—always using assets and coins already present in your club.
     
  2. SBC Assistance. We log in to your EA account (with your permission) and complete specific SBCs (Squad Building Challenges) to optimize squad chemistry and player value. We use untradable players, budget items, and/or coins in your club to complete SBCs that align with our service package.
     
  3. Coaching & Strategy Sessions. We provide 1-on-1 or group coaching related to tactics, formation selection, gameplay tips, and trading best practices via voice, video, or screen‐share. No in‐game currency is ever transferred as a standalone product; instead, we charge for our expertise, time, and strategy guidance.
     
  4. Delivery Time. Each Service displays an estimated delivery window (e.g., “Delivered within 1–2 hours,” “Within 24 hours”). Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to network issues, EA server delays, or required verification.
     
  5. Compliance Note. We do NOT sell, purchase, or transfer any virtual currency. All Services are performed “in‐account” by our team using your existing resources. We operate under full compliance with EA’s Terms of Service.
     

4. Account Registration & Security

  1. Login Credentials. When you schedule a Service that requires The FUT Depot to access your EA FC 25 account, you must provide secure, one‐time login credentials or share screen access via a trusted third‐party tool (e.g., Discord, TeamViewer). Never share your EA account password or Recovery Codes outside our secure channels.
     
  2. Responsibility for Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security of your EA account credentials. By providing access, you authorize us to perform the Services described in your Order. We are not responsible for any actions taken on your account by any other third party.
     
  3. Termination of Access. You may revoke our access at any time by changing your EA account password or disabling any third‐party tool. However, revoking access before completion of a Service may result in no refund (see Section 7).
     

5. Ordering & Payment

  1. Placing an Order. To purchase a Service, navigate to the relevant product page, select your desired tier (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold), and complete checkout via our secure Stripe payment gateway. You will receive an Order confirmation email with details of your Service, delivery window, and instructions for providing account access.
     
  2. Pricing. All prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect Orders already placed and confirmed. Taxes, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm payment.
     
  3. Stripe Compliance. We maintain strict compliance with Stripe’s policies, which prohibit the sale of virtual currency. Our Services are described as “gameplay consulting,” “market‐analysis sessions,” or “SBC completion services”—never as “FC 25 coins” or “virtual currency.”
     
  4. Refund Eligibility. A Service may be eligible for a refund if (a) we fail to complete the Service within the specified delivery window due to our error, or (b) you cancel the Service > 24 hours before it begins. See Section 7 for full details.
     

6. Service Delivery & Completion

  1. Service Initiation. After your Order is confirmed and payment is processed, you will receive instructions on how to provide EA account access. Within the specified delivery window, our team will log in to your account or connect via screen‐share and perform the agreed-upon tasks.
     
  2. Communication. We may message you via email or Discord/WhatsApp to schedule the exact session time or request additional information (e.g., proof of required SBC assets).
     
  3. Completion Confirmation. Once the Service is complete, we will provide a summary of actions taken (e.g., “Completed 4 SBCs,” “Executed 50 market flips,” “Generated ~1 M coins profit”) and any ancillary advice. That summary confirms delivery and initiates the final completion process.
     
  4. Session Logs. For transparency, you will receive a session log detailing each trade or SBC completed. Please review the log and notify us within 12 hours if you believe there is an error. After 12 hours, the Service is deemed “Accepted” and cannot be disputed (except under Section 7).
     

7. Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes

  1. Cancellation by You.
    a. You may cancel an Order at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled Service start time for a full refund.
    b. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a 50 % cancellation fee.
    c. No cancellations or refunds will be granted once our team has begun performing the Service (e.g., logged into your account).
     
  2. Failure to Deliver.
    a. If we fail to deliver the Service within the agreed timeframe due to our fault (e.g., technical error, scheduling mishap), you may request a full refund.
    b. Requests must be made within 48 hours of the Service’s scheduled completion time.
     
  3. Dispute Process.
    a. If you believe there was an error or inconsistency in the delivered Service, contact us at support@fut-depot.com within 12 hours of delivery, providing your session log and a detailed explanation.
    b. We will review and, if necessary, offer a partial re-do or refund at our discretion.
    c. If you open a chargeback with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us first, you may be ineligible for any future work or refunds, and your account may be permanently barred.
     
  4. No Virtual Currency Refunds. Because we do not sell virtual currency, there is no refund policy based on “coin amounts.” All refunds are tied strictly to unfulfilled or incorrectly performed Services, as described above.
     

8. User Obligations & Code of Conduct

  1. Truthful Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account, placing an Order, or providing EA account credentials.
     
  2. Lawful Usage. Your use of the Platform and our Services must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and EA TOS. Any attempt to use our Services for cheating, scripting, or account resale is strictly prohibited.
     
  3. Account Ownership. By permitting us to access your EA FC 25 account, you confirm that you are the account owner or have the account owner’s express permission. Unauthorized access to other users’ accounts is prohibited.
     
  4. No Abuse, Harassment, or Hate Speech. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, harassing, or discriminatory language in any communications with our staff or in community channels. Violation may result in immediate termination of Services without refund.
     
  5. Cooperation. You agree to respond promptly to our messages, provide any requested information (e.g., proof of SBC‐eligible items), and follow instructions for secure account access. Failure to cooperate may lead to Service delays or cancellation without refund.
     

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using our Platform or Services:

  1. Any attempt to sell, purchase, or transfer virtual currency.
     
  2. Use of unauthorized third-party software, scripts, or hacks.
     
  3. Reselling, rebranding, or redistributing our Service deliverables (e.g., session logs, SBC solutions) for commercial gain.
     
  4. Attempting to defraud or deceive The FUT Depot or other users.
     
  5. Sharing account credentials (EA or Stripe) with unauthorized parties.
     
  6. Violating EA’s TOS in a manner that jeopardizes our ability to deliver Services.
     

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Service termination, payment forfeiture, and potential legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership of Content. All content on our Platform—including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and code—is the exclusive property of The FUT Depot or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
     
  2. Limited License. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Platform and Service materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with Services you have purchased.
     
  3. Feedback. If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding our Services or Platform, you agree that The FUT Depot may use, modify, and commercialize such feedback without restriction and without compensation to you.
     

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  1. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes. While we strive to maximize your in-game gains, we do not guarantee any particular coin amount, player quality, or rank improvement. All performance metrics (e.g., “up to 5 M profit”) are estimates based on typical market conditions and may vary.
     
  2. Service Interruptions. EA server outages, Stripe downtime, or internet connectivity issues may delay our ability to deliver Services. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
     
  3. Disclaimer of Warranties. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
     
  4. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE FUT DEPOT, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU ACTUALLY PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
     

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The FUT Depot and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

  1. Your breach of these Terms.
     
  2. Your violation of any law, regulation, or third‐party rights (including EA TOS).
     
  3. Your use of the Services in a manner not expressly authorized by these Terms.
     

13. Termination & Suspension

  1. Suspension. We may suspend your access to our Platform and Services without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or prohibited activity, or interfered with Platform operations.
     
  2. Termination. We may terminate your account and refuse to provide Services at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms or at our sole discretion. No refunds will be granted for terminated Orders.
     
  3. Survival. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14) shall survive any termination of these Terms.
     

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
     
  2. Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Dallas County, Texas, under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
     
  3. Small Claims. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you or The FUT Depot may bring a claim in small claims court either in the county of your residence or in Dallas County, Texas, for disputes within the court’s jurisdictional limits.
     

15. Modifications to Terms

  1. Right to Modify. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on our Platform and update the “Last updated” date.
     
  2. Your Responsibility. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Platform or Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
     
  3. Material Changes. If we make material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our Platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. You may choose to accept or reject the revised Terms; if you reject, your only remedy is to cease using the Platform and Services.
     

16. Privacy & Data

  1. Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and disclose personal data. By using our Platform or purchasing Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
     
  2. Data Security. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure—your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
     

17. Miscellaneous

  1. Entire Agreement. These Terms, along with any policies or documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and The FUT Depot regarding the subject matter hereof.
     
  2. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
     
  3. Waiver. No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
     
  4. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms.
     
  5. Force Majeure. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, EA server outages, internet disruptions, or natural disasters.
