FUT Depot Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 5, 2025

Welcome to FUT Depot. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your data when you visit fut-depot.com (the “Site”) or purchase our services (“Services”).

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you interact with our Site or Services, you may voluntarily provide:

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number (for session scheduling, support, or marketing).

  • Account Credentials: Temporary login credentials or screen-share access details for your EA FC 25 account (only when you book an in-account trading or SBC service).

  • Payment Information: Although we do not store your full payment details, we collect transactional data necessary to fulfill orders (e.g., last four digits of card, billing address). Sensitive card data (full credit/debit number, CVV) is processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe.

  • Survey & Feedback Responses: If you participate in surveys, provide testimonials, or request refunds, we may collect any information you choose to share in those contexts.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site, we may automatically collect:

  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and pages viewed.

  • Analytics & Cookies: Information about how you interact with our Site, which pages you visit, links clicked, and the amount of time spent on each page. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect this data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

  1. Service Delivery:

    • To process and fulfill your orders (e.g., scheduling and performing in-account trading sessions, completing SBC services, or providing coaching).

    • To communicate important information about your booking—appointment reminders, session confirmations, and follow-up instructions.

  1. Customer Support & Feedback:

    • To respond to your inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.

    • To collect feedback and improve our Services based on your experience.

  1. Marketing & Promotions:

    • To send you promotional emails (e.g., newsletters, discount offers). You can opt out at any time via the “unsubscribe” link in our emails.

    • To advertise new service offerings or special bundles that may interest you.

  1. Analytics & Site Improvement:

    • To understand how visitors use our Site, which pages perform well, and which features need enhancement.

    • To optimize the user experience by testing different layouts, images, or calls to action.

  1. Fraud Prevention & Security:

    • To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions or unauthorized activities.

    • To safeguard the integrity of our Services and maintain a secure environment.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your activity on our Site.

  • Essential Cookies: Required for basic Site functions (e.g., navigation, secure areas).

  • Analytics Cookies: Gather aggregate, anonymous data about how visitors use our Site (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Marketing Cookies: Help us deliver relevant advertising and measure campaign performance.

You can manage or disable cookies via your browser settings. However, disabling essential cookies may impair certain features of our Site.

4. Third-Party Services & Sharing

4.1 Payment Processor

  • Stripe: We use Stripe to process payments. When you enter your payment details on our Site, Stripe securely collects and tokenizes your card information. We do not store your full card data. For details, please refer to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

  • Discord / TeamViewer / Screen-Share Tools: During in-account sessions, we may connect via Discord or a secure remote-access tool. These services handle audio/video streams and do not store your personal data beyond the duration of the session.

4.3 Email Marketing & CRM

  • Mailchimp (or Similar): We may use an email service provider to send newsletters and promotional messages. Your email address and name are stored within the provider’s secure databases.

4.5 With Your Consent

  • We will never sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes without your express consent. We may share data with third parties when:

    • It is necessary to provide a service you requested (e.g., providing EA account login details to an in-account service provider).

    • Required by law (e.g., complying with subpoenas, legal processes).

    • It is needed to investigate or prevent fraudulent or illegal activities.

5. Data Security & Retention

5.1 Security Measures

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption: Through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) when data is transmitted from your browser to our servers.

  • Access Controls: Only authorized employees, contractors, and service providers with a business need can access personal information.

  • Secure Storage: Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe (PCI-compliant). We store only the minimum data necessary (e.g., last four digits of your card, transaction date).

5.2 Data Retention

  • We retain your contact and transactional information for as long as needed to fulfill legal and business obligations (e.g., tax recordkeeping, customer support inquiries).

  • If you request account deletion or unsubscribe from marketing communications, we will remove your personal data from our active systems but retain any records necessary for legal compliance (e.g., archived transaction logs).

If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at the address below.
